SPRING STORYTIME will be held from 10-10:45 am May 18 at Middendorf-Kredell Branch Library, 2750 Highway K, O'Fallon. The event is for ages 3-6. Participants will read stories, rhymes and do crafts. PRESCHOOL STORY HOUR will be held from 10-10:45 am and 1-1:45 pm May 18 at Corporate Drive Branch Library, 1200 Corporate Pkwy., Wentzville. The 5th edition PUBLIC WORKS FAIR will be held from 10:00 to 2:00 p.m. on May 18 in the parking lot west of Tom Ginnever Avenue and TR Hughes Blvd O'Fallon. The event is free to the public. Children will be able to operate the mechanical arm that raises and lowers urban refuse and recycling carts and more. There are also free rides on the city of O'Fallon Krekel Train Line. I love free delivery offers and codes. It’s great to be able to order online and not have to factor in that extra bit. As I normally catch the bus where I can (a flat rate in London) it always works out far more than actually visiting the shop myself. And with petrol prices the way they are, I am increasingly finding it more economical to use the bus where I would once have jumped in the car.
