Owner of home, others sued in teenager's death

Chisom, 17, died Aug. 7, 2010, after Craver threw a brick paving stone through the window of the vehicle she was.The stone hit her abdomen in Chisom. She was not taken at Wake Forest Baptist Health - Lexington Medical Center several hours later, after fainting. From there, Chisom was transported to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, where she died.

The trial Chisom and many other young people attending a party organized by Katherine Pritchard and his son, John Tyler Pritchard, at their residence at 165 Woodfield Drive. The Pritchards did not return a telephone call Wednesday from The Dispatch.

According to the lawsuit, the party was to mark the graduation of the daughter of Mrs. Pritchard, Lindsay.

The suit states the other defendants - Michael Craver, Craver Ethan, Hince, Everhart, Price and Cummings - attended the party. The prosecution also claims that Katherine and John Pritchard failed to supervise partygoers who use illegal drugs at their residence.
