First Century Bank plans to aggressively expand its reverse mortgage division as it prepares for significant growth in the market.
As part of expansion plans, the company said it hopes to add 30 to 50 reverse mortgage originators in the next year.
"FCB is committed to providing mortgage products currently in the communities we serve," said Daniel Diaddigo, President, Mortgage Division of FCB. "The significant growth of our Reverse Mortgage Division reflects the needs our current communities.Therefore, this expansion is a natural extension of our commitment to these markets. "
The division will be headed by Bruce Diaddigo, Pam Martin, and Dennis Loxton, CFP. Mr. Loxton.
"FCB has long been a leader in providing mortgage solutions to meet the ongoing needs of the community," Loxton said. "Projected growth in the reverse mortgage division that vision extends to other areas in the South East who need this product, especially in this economy. "
Currently, the bank has a small reverse mortgage operation that originates from Georgia.According to Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, the company has approved 26 loans in 2010 HECM.
